Dash cam for 2016 Mazda CX-5

I just got a 2016 Mazda CX-5 for my daughter and I want to install a decent dash cam before she heads off to college. I'm looking for something with both front and rear coverage, good night vision, and reliable recording. Any brands you guys recommend?

The Viofo A129 Pro Duo or the newer A229 Pro are great choices for me. Both got clear video especially at night, and good app support. Nope, not the cheapest, but totally worth it for peace of mind, perfect for your daughter's CX-5 before college.

What's your budget range for the dash cam setup, are you looking for something plug-and-play or more of a hardwired install with parking mode?

Been using the Fitcamx 4K it blends in like a factory install and has WiFi and app control. Pretty cool!

Between the both of them, I found the A229 easier to set up with the app, was it hte same for you? And it supports buffered parking mode too!
