Firmware update gone wrong

In a bit of a situation here, tried updating my firmware from version 59.00.540 4A N to 70.00.100 but I accidentally skipped the fail-safe step. Now the screen just displays "Install Not Successful: System Failure" and keeps getting stuck at 5% whenever I try again. Guessing the fail-safe is still stuck on the old version, so Im hoping reinstalling 59.00.540 4A N will break the loop. Any chance I can get that version again?

@Lee Good luck with the firmware update! Finding 5900540 4AN officially might be hard. You can probably check some unofficial sites, although you need to be extra careful!

Looks like skipping the fail-safe caused the issue. You should try reinstalling version 59.00.540 4A N to reset everythin and then update it properly. You can often find older firmwaer links on the Mazda3Revolution or CX30Talk forums.Just double-check that it matches your car's region and version

Oof, that's a tricky situation you've got there. Skipping that fail-safe can really come back to haunt you. I'd suggest trying to reinstall version 59.00.540 4A N first to see if that breaks the loop. As others have mentioned, Mazda3Revolution or CX30Talk are good places to find those files. Just make sure they're the right ones for your specific region and model. By any chance, do you have a backup of the old firmware?
