I've had my 2022 Mazda CX5 Signature for about 2 years now and the family loves it more each day. Problem though just a few days ago, the 360degrees camera and wireless charging have stopped working. The car took about 4 months to arrive after purchase, so im not sure when the issue first started. I've been to the dealer and multiple service centers, no one found anything wrong. I tried ForScan, updated and reset the head unit, but still no fix. Everything else like lane-keeping and collision avoidance works fine. The only error showing is DCM_MZ: U3000:04-8B. Any ideas or similar experiences?

sounds like a firmware bug or an internal DCM hardware fault that needs a more in depth diagnostic from Mazda.
Your dealer might need to escalate this directly to Mazda tech support if their usual diagnostics aren't catching it. Sometimes, these Ucodes require specific flashing tools or module replacements that only the dealership has or can authorize. remember to document everything

Thanks, thats a really helpful advice. I'll make sure to keep detailed records and push the dealer to escalate if needed. Do you know if Mazda has any known recalls or service bulletins related to the 360 camera or DCM modules? That might speed things up
