The CX-5 GX trim has most of the useful features, though some areas are a bit basic. The brakes feel soft with average pads, and the interior lights are old-school bulbs. Upgrading to LED is easy and makes a huge difference. You can buy a full CX-5 LED set or individual 31mm bulbs. Has anyone else upgraded their CX-5 interior lights?

Upgrading to LED lights on the CX-5 is a pretty simple process and really enhances the look of the vehicle. While complete kits are effective, using individual 31mm festoon bulbs allows you to tailor the lighting in certain spots. It's definitely an upgrade worth considering.

Yeah, I swapped mine out for LEDs not long after getting the car and it's a night and day difference. Way brighter and cleaner look, and it only takes a few minutes to do too

Exactly! I swapped out a few individual 31mm bulbs myself and noticed a huge difference in brightness and ambiance. It's a simple, affordable way to modernize the CX-5 interior lighting
